Sources and methodology
Dubai: DEWA's published residential/commercial electricity slabs are AED 0.230, 0.280, 0.320 and 0.380 per kWh. The model also applies the September 2026 fuel surcharge of AED 0.060 per kWh and 5% VAT.
Abu Dhabi: The model uses ADDC's published residential green/red rates and daily allowances for the selected property and customer category. It excludes fixed charges and non-electricity bill items.
EtihadWE and SEWA: No tariff is prefilled. Enter the effective rate from the current electricity bill. The Sharjah result is an onsite-consumption scenario only because a confirmed SEWA export-credit programme was not established in this review.
Rates and programme pages reviewed 1 October 2026. Confirm current tariffs, eligibility, export treatment, approvals and system design with the utility and matched installer partner before contracting.
